Peabody is the General Counsel of Ajia Partners and oversees all Ajia Partners legal affairs, including the structuring and documentation of funds and their transactions, legal due diligence, and compliance. He has over 28 years of Asian regional cross-border funds, private equity, capital markets and corporate law experience. Peabody was most recently the Principal of Hutton & Co., a Hong Kong-based law firm specializing in advising fund management groups, and was previously a Partner of the international law firm of Bryan Cave. From 1979 through 1994, he practiced at Coudert Brothers in its New York and Hong Kong offices, primarily in the areas of international banking and investment funds. Peabody received his JD, MBA, MA and BA with Honors from the University of Virginia. He is admitted as an attorney in New York and as a solicitor in Hong Kong.
