John has over 25 years experience in real estate investment, development, acquisition, divestiture and Fund management, mostly with Lend Lease, one of the world's leading real estate groups. Experience covers all major sectors, including office, retail, industrial, residential and infrastructure, gained on major projects in both Australia and Asia. He was previously head of Lend Lease's real estate investment business in Asia, establishing their Japan, Singapore and Thailand operations and managing over US$1.2 Billion for Lend Lease and its Funds. More recently, John has established and leads the Ajia Partners Real Estate Group, with investment Funds established in Japan and Korea, and soon to be rolled-out in China. Major repeat clients include leading pension fund investors from Europe and Australia. John received a 1st class honors degree in Civil Engineering from University of New South Wales, Sydney.
