Johnny has joined us as Investment Director of the Real Estate Group. Johnny has over 10 years of experience in real estate acquisition, disposition, and advisory in Asia. Prior to joining Ajia Partners, he worked for 5 years in Korea as vice president of institutional investment properties of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE). During his tenure in CBRE Korea, he advised institutional clients such as Ascendas, DEKA, Lend Lease, Lone Star, Macquarie in their commercial property transactions totaling more than $1.2 billion and managed real estate assets on behalf of DEKA Immobilien, one of the largest German open-ended real estate fund. Prior to CBRE, Johnny worked for Cushman & Wakefield in Korea, Thailand, and China in various capacities such as research, valuation, advisory, and investment. Johnny received a Msc. Real Estate degree from National University of Singapore (NUS) and the 1999 REDAS (Real Estate Development Association of Singapore) Gold Medal. He is a CFA charterholder and an associate member of the Appraisal Institute, a US-based organization for professional appraisers.
