Karen is the company secretary of North Asia Strategic Holdings Limited. She has over 10 years of company secretarial experience at listed companies. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy with honors from the City University of Hong Kong, a Bachelor degree in Laws from the Peking University and a Master degree of Corporate Finance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is an associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
