Konson is a Head of Finance of Real Estate Group. He oversees the finance and accounting operations in Ostara Real Estate Funds and leads his finance team on a day-to-day basis. He has extensive experience in direct investment private equity and real estate fund operations as well as company secretarial operation. Prior to joining Ajia Partners in 2004, he was in charge of group financial and investment fund operations of PAMA Group, the longest-established private equity firm in Asia. Before that, he was in charge of investment fund operations in Prudential Asia, the pan-Asian investment arm of Prudential (USA). He received his Postgraduate Diploma of Corporate Administration and Master of Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a Certified Public Accountant of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and an associate of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
