Paul has been engaged as a consultant on an Asian Development Bank project in India. Prior to that, he was a partner and Managing Director of Delta Associates, the advisor to the US$350m Asian Equity Infrastructure Fund. Previously, he was with AIG Investment Corp as Director of Direct Investments responsible for TMT transactions as well as Director and Acting Deputy CEO of the US$1.2bn AIG Asia Infrastructure Fund I. As an investment banker, he was Head of M&A in BZW Asia. He has held senior leadership roles at NM Rothschilds Hong Kong and Andersen Corporate Finance. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Hong Kong Securities Institute. Paul received a BS in Physics at the University of St. Andrews, Scotland and completed post-graduate studies at INSEAD, France and the Harvard Business School.
