Overview
The Real Estate Group is focused on direct investments in properties, primarily in North Asia through a range of proprietary real estate Funds and separate accounts.
The Group formed a joint venture with ABN AMRO Asset Management in 2002 called Ostara Partners Inc. Ostara Partners’ first fund is called Ostara Japan Retail Partnership N.K. 2004. Ostara Partners will continue to launch country and sector focused funds in the near future.
